From Jeremy about this image:

Mobius Arch, Alabama Hills, Ca

No fake photoshopping with this image. This is ONE single 20 sec exposure. Minor adjustments for color and clarity applied in Lightroom. Those colors and details are actually real, our eyes just can’t detect it. The Milky Way usually appears as a white haze. When you open your camera shutter and let it absorb light, the wonders of the universe reveal themselves. You need to be far from light pollution and have clear skies. I recommend an app called “Dark Skies Finder.” I use this app all the time to plan my shots. The other app I use is called “Star Walk 2”, this app allows me to see when and where the Milky Way will be rising from and at what time. —
