From Mike about this image:

Pano

Story:
This wagon showed up at our regular ‘local’ Milky Way location a few weeks back. We decided to go and do some shooting centered around it as it’s a temporary fixture and we don’t know how long we will have it there to photograph. While we were checking the overall framing we heard something rustle and saw a flash of movement out of the corner of our eyes. I can tell you it’s the only time I’ve almost pissed myself from something running AWAY from me. It was a 250+lb hog that had been about 20 yards away from the wagon on the opposite side of us that must have been hunkered down for a good 5 minutes and decided to make a break for it. Little did he know that we had no intentions of chasing him.

I guess what they say is relatively true, the stars at night ARE big and bright in the heart of Texas. At least until those gas and oilfields spread out and pollute the night sky with their unregulated (light-wise) wells.
